Tree Treasures focuses on bringing you excellence in customer service while providing you with quality Christmas ornaments and wood carvings at reasonable prices. We are a family business and we appreciate the importance of prompt, courteous and personal service.

Unfortunately it is necessary for us to have a minimum merchandise order requirement. We have, however, kept our minimum to a modest CAD $25.00.

All our products are hand carved and/or hand painted in our workshop located in Courtenay, British Columbia. Therefore, no two items are exactly the same and ornaments may vary slightly from the photos shown on our website. While we strive to stock adequate inventory, we may be unable to fill some orders. Should we not have adequate stock to fill your order, you will be promptly notified of our problem.

Orders are shipped as soon as possible, always within the next business day. If, for any reason, we cannot ship your order the next day, you will be promptly advised of the problem. The exception to this rule is personalized ornaments, which are completed and shipped within ten days.

While we ship orders promptly, we cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive as scheduled. Both Xpresspost (USA and Canada) and Expedited (Canada) shipping do have on time guarantees from the Post Office. This means that if the parcels do not arrive on time, the shipping charge will be refunded.
